Please apply the return label enclosed and send returning items in a safe and securely packaged box or bag via courier, with the completed return form and original sales receipt. Shipping and return postage is down to you, with customers outside the UK responsible for all duties and taxes. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a completed Returns Form which can be found in the shipment box. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to you. Please note we cannot accept returns should the security ribbon be removed from the item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) to us new, unused and with all Annie's Ibiza and garment tags still attached within 28 days of receipt.
